Our company was established almost 35 years ago, since the Ronchiato family moved from Noventa to Gainiga in 1968. Primo and Armando, the two brothers who were working in the transport industry at that time, started providing the neighbourhood with wood, using their own tractor and trailer. With the passing of years the wood business gradually increased and when it was no more possible to meet the market demand for wood using only a hatchet, the two brothers decided to invest in a small band saw equipped with a woodcutter in order to speed up wood processing. The passion for this kind of job handled down from father to son and at the end of the 70s, beginning of the 80s, Gino started dedicating himself to this business, purchasing wood from trusted suppliers. The "technology" he had was the same as his predecessors, and to speed up the deliveries he needed a small truck. After a little bit of thinking he made up his mind and bought a truck. Eventually he could proudly consider himself a small enterprise!
In 1998 the company Ronchiato Gino & C. snc - firewood - and Florian Silvio -transport-. was established.
